Cook, or don't
Every room has a fridge and microwave and access to a kitchenette, so meals fit around visiting hours. Bed and breakfast is available too.

Late arrival is fine
Reception closes at 21:00. Arrivals after that are arranged in advance for a R150 late check-in fee.
